Aktiv i minst en s\u00e4song inom seniorverksamhet p\u00e5 elitniv\u00e5 i din idrott.  Tagit medalj (individuellt eller i lag) i SM eller motsvarande internationell t\u00e4vling p\u00e5 flick-, pojk-, junior- eller seniorniv\u00e5.  Har en landskamp p\u00e5 flick-, pojk-, junior- eller seniorniv\u00e5.  Ledare eller coach f\u00f6r ett elitlag p\u00e5 seniorniv\u00e5.  Domare p\u00e5 elitniv\u00e5."}
